• Enem declares that the product you have purchased is free from Manufacturing defect and fit for use.

• The purchaser is required to register his/her product on website www.enemworld.com within 10 days of purchase.

• This warranty shall be for the period as mentioned.

• The buyer has to ship the product along with all accessories and invoice to the registered company service centre address as mentioned on website on his/her own expense and responsibility.

• The warranty on the product will cover only the repairing costs of the defective parts but any cost arising due to replacement of any component/part or international freight charges(if applicable) shall be borne solely by the buyer. Estimate of the expected cost shall be intimated and Enem shall carry out the repair only after written confirmation/acceptance/payment (if any) by the buyer, else the product shall be returned without any repair.

• Enem doesn’t undertake responsibility on the quality/working of the software other than that supplied with the product being used by the purchaser.

• Enem reserves the right to retain any part/s or component/s replaced at its discretion in the event of defect noticed in the product during the warranty period and same shall be property of Enem.

• In the event of any repair or replacement standard warranty on the product will continue only for the remaining period of the original warranty.

• Maximum Repair period for the product shall not exceed beyond 4 weeks under normal circumstances.

• The warranty is issued at Delhi and courts at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over matters covered or flowing from the warranty.

• Enem’s obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repairing or providing replacement of parts, which are found to be defective only. At any given point of time, the maximum value of claim/s, if entertained by Enem, will be subjected to the maximum retail price of the product purchased or the purchased price whichever is lower.

• In case of non availability/discontinuation of a product under warranty, Enem holds the right to compensate for any defect/claim via reimbursement/discount on upgrade model/other product as per mutually agreed.

• Defect by way of non conformance with Enem equipment stated power and environmental requirement.

• Willful act or default by customer. Accident, misuse or negligence.

• Damage caused by usage of alternate consumables, accessories, adapters, softwares, parts etc

• The warranty card is lost, damaged or tampered with.

• Defect caused by improper use as determined by the authorized Enem personnel.

• Modification or alteration of any nature is made in the electrical circuitry or physical construction of the set by the purchaser or unauthorized person.

• Site(premises where the product is kept) conditions that do not conform to the recommended operating conditions of the product/machine.

• Absence/alteration/tampering of Enem logo/monogram/void sticker/serial number on the product.

• Defect caused by household pets/rats/cockroaches or any other animal or insects.

• Defects caused by fire/abnormal voltage/act of god/electrical fluctuations/voltages spikes/water/liquid/dropping from height/while in transit to service centre or to the purchaser’s residence.

• Warranty doesn’t cover normal wear and tear of parts(which age over a period of time and uses) like paint peel off/color changes etc.
